I am a Boston-based software engineer with over 3 years of expertise in healthcare and fintech, currently working towards a Master's degree in Software Engineering Systems at Northeastern University.

I graduated in 2019 with a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University, and started my professional journey with Amaha Health, a healthcare startup as a Junior Engineer. I began with working on projects ranging from internal tools, API optimizations, and website features. I found my footing while working on Amaha's Selfcare mobile application which was the first touchpoint in the user journey. The startup environment gave me the autonomy to explore different approaches, and I specialized in React Native, eventually becoming the point-person within the team. Later, I moved up to become the Lead Engineer for Amaha's teleconsultation platform, where I developed early prototypes for proprietary virtual therapy tools and a patient management portal.

In late 2022, I moved to Boston for grad school, where I focused on expanding my skill set and exploring new domains. Some of my key courses included Network Structures and Cloud Computing, Advanced Cloud Computing, and Advanced Big-Data Applications and Indexing Techniques. I also had the opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant in Fall 2023 for INFO 6150: Web Design and User Experience Engineering, where I helped teach full-stack application development using React and Node.js.

I took a semester off in Spring 2024 to work for State Street Corporation at Charles River Development. I joined their SaaS Onboarding Team, where I worked on an internal tool using Django to help streamline client onboarding for the Charles River Investment Management platform.
